  Brief Summary:
  
  I am currently planning my startup web development company. This company will have a team of programmer to design and develop websites for potential clients. I currently am using an online software package that we will use to keep track of clients and projects called ActiveCollab.
  
  Right now I am simply gathering a list of potential Developers and Designers that could possibly join my team.
  
  In search of:
  
  Team of programmers and designers for me to contract work out to.
  
  Goal:
  
  Create a team of 2 Web Developers, and 2 Graphic Designers that will ultimately all work together on projects for clients.
  If you are a web developer, you must posses any combination of the following skills:
