Programmer looking for a Designer for 1 job

  I'm looking for the following work products:
  
  (1) WEB DESIGN: I need a designer to come up with a usable, visually pleasing design for the site, including the main page, internal pages, and related graphics work. I would like the designer to produce possible concepts for the design based upon the information that would be provided, then incorporate feedback from the team and produce a final design.
  
  For this work product, I need a coded HTML/CSS set of pages. Photoshop PSDs are great to review concepts for the design, but I need a designer who can produce the coded design, too.
  
  I will provide the selected designers with site maps and wireframes/preliminary mockups to base the design work on.
  
  
  (2) LOGO DESIGN: I need a designer to produce a set of concepts for my team to review and make comments based upon, and then the designer would produce the finished logo.
  
  
  Designers can be interested in one work product or both. Please specify when replying.
  
  For the work that you?re interested in, please provide portfolio examples and outline general pricing + your availability. (Fixed bid pricing is desired as opposed to T&M contracts.) The timeline for the work is flexible. Having finished products for both by the start of June would be ideal, but we are flexible depending upon the schedule of the right person for the work. (When sending portfolio examples, please highlight any work for the sports or entertainment industries, as this would be the closest to the vertical of the client.)
