  I?m in the process of starting a company in the social networking/communications sector. I believe it?s time to get on the next wave and take it to the new generation. By doing so I am searching for a web developer that also possesses the entrepreneurial mentality.   A little info about me:
  I don?t have any degrees or certs. I?ve been in the IT field for over ten years but have a twitching eye for starting something. This would be my second attempt in starting a company. My first was the beginning of the year before they launched. A good friend of mine asked me to take over and I was responsible in organizing/managing a team in creating a prototype from start to finish in which I?ve succeeded. Unfortunately it did not work out for me in the end. All I know is that has given me the confidence and push to start my own. I came up with an idea a couple months ago and have done heavy research in the market on multiple demographics. I believe we can make this happen.
